Condition Reports

Condition Reports

Please complete your Condition Report within 72 hours of moving in. Be sure to document all existing damage or maintenance concerns, no matter how minor they may seem. Completing the Condition Report helps ensure that you are not held responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions when you move out. The condition reports are reviewed when housing charges are disputed/appealed. Failure to properly complete the form will make the occupant liable for all repair and replacement costs.

There are three different Room Condition Report options. Please only use the QR code posted in your building/complex or by logging into MyÍøÆØÃÅ > My Housing > My Room. Do not share with others as it is based on location.

The QR code/link in My Room will take you to Roompact. You will sign in using your MyÍøÆØÃÅ login credentials to access the form. Once you submit the form, a success message will appear at the bottom of the screen. To view submitted forms, go to back to the QR code/My Room link then Forms > View Submissions.
